Meet Scott Dolly – Guest Speaker at “Blue Ridge Sprouts”
Scott is a pioneer in the field of sports medicine and human optimization. He is constantly sought out for his knowledge on how to heal and optimize the human body. For over a decade, he has been the go-to guy who other medical professionals refer patients to when traditional medical approaches have failed.
Scott’s nickname is “Morpheus of movement” for his unique ability to analyze the biomechanics of a patient’s movement and then directly relate that to what the problem is and how to fix it. He also specializes in repetitive stress conditions and human optimization. Clients regularly fly in to work with him from across the US and internationally.
Scott educates clients on the vital role that food quality, nutrient density, and bioavailability play in having the best nutrition possible. In 2016, he was invited to lecture alongside Harvard and NIH research scientists on the role sugar plays in the causation of global inflammation in the body and its detrimental impact on the healing of soft tissue injuries.
Life in the Valley
Scott lives in Winchester, VA with his partner Julie. They are both very passionate about life in the outdoors and believe that all of us should get outside as much as we can. “The best life we can live is full of good food, healthy movement, deep breathing, and lots of laughing and playing.”
Scott is the CEO and founder of Evolution Human Performance and Rehabilitation. He is a national and international speaker and educator in the fields of sports medicine and human optimization. Scott’s clinical specialties include manual therapy, IASTM, and movement analysis.
For seven years, Scott served as the director of manual therapy and movement science for Runga; an international human optimization brand that hosts clients from all over the world. Runga has hosted events in Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Panama, and right here in the United States.
